CITRUS PACKAGING FACILITY
At the citrus fruit packaging facility, the fruits which came from garden will be washed, rinsed, medicined, waxed, discards seperated, classified according to its calibers and arranged in an order to the boxes by the employees.
Citrus fruit facilites consists from different units.Units range shows difference according to product that will be processed hourly.On the verge of 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25 ton/hour, 6 different capacity options are available.Facility localizations can be made according to dimensions of factory building.
Purpose : Pouring the fruits to processing line homogeneous and sensitively
This is the first part of processing line. In this part, fruits are poured from boxes to conveyors or water pool. Empty boxes will be taken to outside of damper system. Two kinds of damper system are available according to fruit's speciality. Damper with pool is preferred for sensitive fruits, normal damper system is preferred for strong peel fruits like citrus.
The fruits which are at the boxes will be poured on conveyors.Rubber covered special chains are used for the boxes to move along without sliding.To avoid getting dusty, hood fume can be installed to top of the damper. Compatible to pallet solvent unit.
Damper with Pool
This is the damper system used for sensitive fruits like apple, peach, pear. The boxex which are full of fruits that disposed on chained conveyors, will be entered to the pool in an order. The fruits at the boxes which entered to the pool will be come up with the waters lifting force. Empty boxes wil be moved to empty box exits on chained conveyors.
Sensitive fruits at the boxes like apple, tomato, peach will be taken to the water in the pool without any damage and then they will be carried to next part with assistance of conveyors.The most important advantage of damper with pool is to provide medicine inside the pool.
Damper with pool system is produced by completely chrome nickel rustless equipment for contacting with water.
ELECTRONIC CLASSIFICATION WITH CAMERA-COMPUTER CONTROL
Citrus fruits like; orange, tangerine, lemon, grapefruit right along with the fruits like apple, pear, peach, kiwi and vegetables like potato, onion, tomato can be processed by electronic classification unit.
Colour, caliber, weight, spot, bruise grading can be done to the products in electronic classification unit. Products can be seperated according to sugar ratio very soon. Settings are made completely Turkish at the computer room. With the assistance of our new program, there can be interfered by the internet to the problem which could occur on programming and electronic classification
Purpose : Grading the fruits according to colour, caliber, weight, spot, bruise ratio.
In electronic seperator with camera-computer control, fruits, cameras, load cells will be graded according to; - Color - Weight - Caliber - Spot - Erythema with the assistance of computer. Fruits can be seperated according to sugar ratio very soon
